📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary medical care to employees and visitors in various corporate settings.
• Conduct routine health screenings, medical consultations, and emergency medical treatments.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their specific healthcare needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining medical records, updating patient information, and managing appointment schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or corporate healthcare setting.
• Valid medical license and certification to practice medicine in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Ability to travel to various corporate locations in the Visayas and Bali region.
