📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive mining training programs aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Design and deliver training modules using industry-leading software such as SAP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to participants to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training programs with operational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest mining technologies and trends to enhance the training curriculum.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training events.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the company's objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using SAP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to the mining sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
