🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising and demand planning, with a focus on retail or consumer products.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Retail Management is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail software systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Jakarta Raya as needed.
