📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian.
