📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety and health management system.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety culture throughout the organization.,Stay updated with the latest safety and health trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH Professional, CSP, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
