Gold Port Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and objectives.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting training sessions in Indonesian.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
