📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior accountants.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
