📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and operated efficiently.,Coordinate logistics, including scheduling maintenance, monitoring fuel consumption, and managing driver schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance needs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
