📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a database of candidates and update it regularly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
