📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the employer branding initiatives, including creating and distributing employer branding materials.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
