📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor café staff to maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to café managers and staff.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote café events and special offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in café operations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Certification in coffee science or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Proficiency in using operational software such as Square, Toast, or similar POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
