Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in similar roles,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Knowledge of operational best practices and standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
