📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market trends and consumer demands to identify opportunities for new knit materials.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Develop and manage material specifications and technical documents.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials meet quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and other inventory management tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, material development, or a similar role in the textile industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of textile materials, including knits, and their properties.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in textile quality management or a related field is a plus.
