📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both internally and externally.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and acquisition.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours as needed.
