📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of a specific department or section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial compliance.,Report on departmental performance to senior management.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
