- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an HR context.
- Certifications in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR are a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
