Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Lead HR training and development programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in English and local language is a plus
