HAVEN Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resources needs.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
