📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
Manage a portfolio of retail properties, including boutique shops and high-profile commercial spaces.
Conduct market research and tenant analysis to identify and attract potential leasing opportunities.
Negotiate leasing agreements and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with property managers, marketing teams, and tenants to facilitate a seamless leasing experience.
Monitor leasing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail leasing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, with a proven track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of Bali’s retail market and local regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using real estate software such as Yardi, CoStar, or similar.
Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
