📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that teach Balinese language and culture to students of all ages.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to enrich the cultural education curriculum.
• Organize and participate in cultural events and activities to promote Balinese language and traditions.
• Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and school activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language education and cultural preservation.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a language instructor, preferably in Balinese language.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese language, culture, and traditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, or similar platforms.
• Certification in Balinese language teaching (preferred but not required).
• Passion for cultural preservation and education.
