You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and accounting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
