📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and meet with retail outlets to promote and sell mobile phones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with retailers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to retailers.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor retail inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
- Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both retailers and end consumers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with sales software such as SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within Kalimantan Barat.
