📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new sales channels and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with third-party vendors.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure that sales channels are aligned with business goals and objectives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, channel management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
