In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring they are in optimal condition for our residents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and repair of common areas and facilities in residential properties,Perform routine inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues,Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems,Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks,Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment,Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment usage,Provide excellent customer service to residents and property management staff,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of maintenance procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (preferred but not required),Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license (preferred),Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus
