📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments, working closely with sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain and update financial records in SAP or similar accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team in any ad-hoc financial tasks.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in a distribution or retail industry is a plus.
