📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's budget and financial planning,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Handle payroll processing and employee benefits,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
