Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making,Prepare and review financial statements,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable,Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
