📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to employees and clients,Mentor and coach junior instructors to improve their skills and performance,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training strategies,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and support to employees and clients on their training needs and goals,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's overall training and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a similar role,Proven track record of success in developing and delivering high-quality training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training and development software and tools,Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Passionate about training and development and committed to the company's mission and values
