Sentral Hendra Tea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects,Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to construction teams,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and staff,Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing infrastructure projects,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work effectively in a team environment,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools,Valid driver's license and ability to travel
