📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.,Participate in financial audits and internal reviews to ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
