CBTW is seeking a Security and Compliance Referent to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our delivery processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.,Monitor and review security and compliance-related activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security and compliance best practices.,Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and compliance.,Report on security and compliance metrics and KPIs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and compliance, preferably in a delivery or IT-related role.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.,Experience with security and compliance tools and technologies, such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, or encryption software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Certifications in security and compliance, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
