📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain a positive and professional image for the restaurant, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
