📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring manager.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
