JUNCTION Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work both in-store and remotely, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.,Handle cash and card payments, ensuring proper change and receipt issuance.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in stock management and restocking as needed.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and remotely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is beneficial.,Ability to work both in-store and remotely in a hybrid environment.,Passionate about customer satisfaction and sales performance.
