📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage all export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate clearance of goods.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure they meet client deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of PPJK (Penerimaan Penyerahan dan Pengangkutan Barang) documentation for customs clearance.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding documentation and logistics.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and best practices in international trade and customs documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of documentation with other logistics processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics and forwarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import documentation, preferably in the forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with PPJK documentation and customs clearance processes in Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
