📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and other IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Work with SQL Server and other database management systems to optimize data processes.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Application Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide practical solutions.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
